Things that I hate

The featured lineup of Mechanical Sun was formed in 2003. Stockton, California was our base of operations. The lineup consisted of: John Duron on guitar, Will Nash on vocals, Zach Spurlin on bass, and Russ Thompson on drums. We recorded two albums between 2003 and 2005. The first was Proud To Be UnAmerican. The second was Be The Revolution.
 
Mechanical Sun was an eclectic mix of rock styles. We drew from bands like Guns and Roses, System of a Down, Rage Against the Machine, Nothing Face, Pantera, Alice in Chains, and Faith No More.

Although we dabbled in many different topics... we soon found ourselves pulled towards the socio-political aspects of life.  We played hundreds of shows in the Central Valley and all over California. We were acctualy labeled terrorists by NCIS during a tour that took us to 29 Palms marine base.
