It has only been a week but even now I'm still not sure how I did it. The challenge of performing a 12 hour open to close solo set at an outdoor festival, let alone one of the absolutely biggest of them all in Tomorrowland, was undoubtedly one o f the biggest I faced in my career.

For this month's Global DJ Broadcast World Tour we bring you highlights of the set, including some juicy IDs at the start, and approximately the last 45 minutes of the 12 hours where I got to dig out some classics I don't get much of an opportunity to play live that often.

My sincere thanks to everyone at ID&T and Tomorrowland for the opportunity to play at the festival, and most of all to all the fans who attended and supported me so well, especially those two stayed with me for the entire 12 hour duration.

The meaning behind the track name :)
Etymology
"Derived from sailing ships. The 'sheet' in the phrase uses the nautical meaning of a rope that controls the trim of sail. If a sheet is loose, the sail flaps and doesn't provide control for the ship. Having several sheets loose ("to the wind") could cause the ship to rock about drunkenly. Before settling on the standard usage of "three sheets", a scale used to be employed to rate the drunkenness of a person, with "one sheet" meaning slightly inebriated, and "four sheets" meaning unconscious." ~Wiktionary

He remains as one of dance music's most exciting new talents, and the year 2013 will have provided Colombian wonder KhoMha with plenty of memories. Hot off his contributions to Buenos Aires '13 in the form of Cyclone and Dimensional, and for his final Coldharbour Recordings contribution of the year, he presents one of the most anticipated tracks in the wishlists of DJs and fans for many months.

In a year highlighted by his ever-presence throughout Markus Schulz's Scream Bus Tour, Hydra was arguably one of the standout highlights. Debuted by the Coldharbour boss during the passionate setting of A State of Trance 600 in Mexico City, the track demonstrates KhoMha's ability to combine his addictive rolling basslines with incredible melodies and a huge dose of swagger. Many of his followers cite Hydra as their favorite production from him to date.

Drummer first came to prominence during Markus' performance at this year's Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas. KhoMha's melodic application is in evidence once again, but this time comes accompanied with some dark, techno-fused style percussions and bass to get a crowd going deep into the night. Kadence rounds off the package, and while it's less than two weeks old, it's sure to light up the clubs as the holiday season approaches.

The Hydra E.P. rounds off an incredible 12 months for Mr. Roberto Alzate Pasos. With several Coldharbour Nights before the year rounds out, he isn't finished on his pursuit of ascension just yet.

With previous releases on Skrillex's OWSLA imprint and remixes for the likes of Madeon and Empire Of The Sun, indie tinted electronic trio The M Machine make their Anjuna debut with a characteristically quirky, glitch-hop rework. Having become close friends with Mat during 2012's Language Bus Tour (alongside Porter Robinson), Ben, Eric and Andy marry diverse synth textures and a heavy bass riffs for a quirky and character-filled interpretation. 

Cementing "Lucid Dreams" big room status with a typically anthemic take, man of the moment ilan Bluestone once again delivers with another floor filling update. Brimming with energy and excitement, ilan's remix smoulders to an emphatic release while keeping the lead melody at its heart - another sting to the bow of this rising star.

With their latest single ‘Now Or Never’ racing up to #5 on the Beatport Progressive House chart in a matter of days since its release, and with heavy support on both SiriusXM and iHeart Radio, Tritonal have been working away to give an extra dimension to this rapturous track and have recently put the finishing touches to their ‘Tritonal Club Mix’. As well as working their own magic, Chad and Dave have also enlisted burgeoning US talent Pierce Fulton to put his own unique spin on the single. 

The ‘Tritonal Club Mix’ takes the melodic original and brings added punch for the dancefloor, intensifying the builds and breakdowns to give it even more force when booming from nightclub speakers. As the suspense increases almost to a breaking point before each drop, with Phoebe Ryan’s vocals becoming a call to arms for the legions of loyal Tritonians around the world, it gives way to a pounding drop, with echoing synth sirens and huge electro chord progressions. Already with support from Hardwell, Nicky Romero, W&W and others, Tritonal are bang on point yet again.

In the next remix from the package, 21-year-old Pierce Fulton shows off the ever-growing ability that has been gaining him recognition from the likes of Tiësto, Above & Beyond and Nicky Romero as well as earning him a coveted opening spot on tour with Tommy Trash and Wolfgang Gartner this fall. Starting with a rolling electro house bassline that builds momentum from the outset, he drops down into airy vocals then expertly layers keys over the top before bringing the beat back in and taking the energy right back to the freight train of a bottom end.

These two incredible remixes form another facet to the amazing sonic journey that Tritonal have been taking their fans on throughout this year with their three part ‘Metamorphic’ EP series. The second chapter ‘Metamorphic II’ comes out on Monday 25th November and features ‘Now Or Never’ and first single ‘Follow Me Home’, as well as the hotly anticipated 3rd track 'Electric Glow'.

Hi guys and welcome back,

This is probably my biggest show of the year so far. This month I have been working in with Rich Mowatt aka Solarstone on putting the April DSOT Tribute together.

The reason I approached Rich for this show is because, Trance seems to be splitting in to two different directions atm and in my eyes Rich is one of the artist at the forefront of my list that is staying true to the "Real Original" Trance sound.

So many artists are jumping ship and putting out commercial tracks that have no resemblance to the sound that Trance originated from.

A big focus on tonight's show is Rich's "PURE" mix series, a project that Rich has came up with to promote the "Pure sound of Trance" getting back to the early days when Trance was at its strongest.

I have left links below to Rich's website where you can get some more information on his previous work and also his PURE project.

Deeper Shades Of Trance - The Tribute Series with Special Guest SOLARSTONE

Hi guys and welcome back!!

So finally as promised, this is the first in the 3 part Classic Series I will be running, and tonight's show is all about those big hitting club anthems that we all know and love so much.

This set has been mixed on Vinyl, I had a lot of these tracks on wax and used traktor for a few that I never had in my collection.  

Every time I listen back to this set I get nostalgia, I can relate every track to an epic clubbing memory of the past and this is exactly what I am trying to achieve for you with tonight's show!

I have deliberately left the track list off the set, I will update it in a few weeks time, I want the set to be a complete surprise on first listen, they are all tracks that we know and love so I don't want to spoil the fun ;)
