Frank Frizalone nails it again on this over the top great arrangement of "Luck Be A Lady".  The song was written by Frank Loesser in 1950 and first performed by Robert Alda in the musical, Guys and Dolls.  Later recorded by Frank Sinatra and the rest is history.
