For a Leeds based little lady, Miss Smith dreams of making music with as many producers as she can, making her own tracks and generally living the lifestyle of a Parisian. Her blues tones and soulful feel transcend the norm. After  the trials and tribulations of a challenging student and love life, she lives to love and sings to mend the heart.

Idwal? 'Sam Jones' wouldn't cut it as an artist name; there's 10,000 of us on Facebook. Idwal was the second choice for my middle name (being bequeathed instead with David) after my great-grandfather, a man I never knew. I have his old squeeze-box though; its too old to be played but I like to imagine we would have got on.
