02 Light Pollution

Recorded once again over in Reading in September of last year! This track is taken from the film Where the Wild things are but is more centred on how we all become sometimes when out at a gig.....or before a gig or when driving down the motorway to go see a girl. I wrote it about a girl, whom I was some what taken by and a weekend we spent together which was largely like a dream. Where time stands still and you get that horrible feling that afterwards things won't ever be the same again. It's also about a girl I used to date who liked here blackberry more than a good conversation. All your new social network etc etc.... 

03 The wild things

Simple really! I want you around i wrote in about 30 seconds, picked up the guitar and out came the riff. It's mainly about possessing the crippling ability to function in the past more than the future. It's pop by the truck load and fun, a sort of British take on Vampire Weekend with Wreckless Eric in there as well.

It's just something that came out in practice one night, and the most fun we've ever had playing it. We haven't played it live yet......

Everybodys been there synth

Once again recorded with Mike Hill in a few hours one night. It's the most demo of demo's, but i think it goes some way to capture some 'energy'!!!!

Written At the very latter stages of an old band Young Adult Faction this took a damn long time to rear it's indie anthem head and we're glad it did. See if you can spot the beautiful BV's of Luke Williams! 
This was written partly for somebody who didn't deserve one moment of a song about them but  here it is!
