Greysign is a musical and visual artist that focuses on creating music in the genre of experimental electronic sci-fi inspired soundscapes mixed with ambient tones. The music is filled with elements of sound manipulation, non-linear structures, unconventional instruments, conceptual exploration, and ambiguity. 

Greysign music hopes to captivate listeners with its futuristic, sci-fi-inspired soundscapes, evoking cinematic grandeur while seamlessly blending ambient elements to create an immersive sonic experience that transports the listener to otherworldly dimensions.

Greysign aims to create dynamic experimental electronic music that is unconventional but still resonates with the willing listener. 

  Greysign encourages the listener to experience the music with a pair of great headphones or speakers and to listen to the track without interruption.

A child of the 1980's enjoying the comeback of culture that played a big influence in my life and defined who I am. I enjoy creating music based on the sounds and memories from my youth.
My inspirations are Kraftwerk, Jean Michel Jarre, Giorgio Moroder, Mike Oldfield, Vangelis, Gary Numan, Tangerine Dream.

I enjoy all forms of electronic music especially Synthwave,  Sovietwave, Retrowave, Outrun and IDM

Produce different genres of music. My interest in music dates back to my childhood, but only started producing music actively since 2023.

William is an eclectic, eccentric, and electronic musician from the NW Indiana/ Chicago-land area. William draws influence from a variety sources that include Downtempo, IDM, Ambient, Dream Pop, Lo-Fi, Trip Hop, Soundtrack, New Age, Video Games, Electronic Rock, Art Rock and Progressive Rock.

William came up from working class roots and still exists there, and yet, William’s music both transcends and embraces this history for better or worse. 

At times like an aging philosopher, at other’s belligerent and dumb. Either way, one thing William is not… is boring.
