In anticipation of our first 2020 event, April 17th at the Midway SF, 

Mallabel Music Presents:  MAL MIX

A new series of dj sets featuring old school and new school Mallabel artists whom we believe in and support. 

Mallabel is all about the music & the artist,  and this mix series highlights exactly why we believe in and support these artists; Because they bring a unique approach to the game and absolute FIRE pon the dance floor!

One such artist is one of our favorite dj/producers,  and one whom we’re def keeping a close eye on in 2020, the inimitable Kanizzle! This mix is following closely on the heels of our 6Blocc TBT mix and this set is giving the man a run for his money! 

Both mixes feature a full range from Dubstep to Jungle, To Hip Hop, Footwork, DnB, World Bass and much more, all mixed flawlessly into an epic saga of dancefloor movement!

So sit back, light one if you got one, and enjoy a journey into the underground of MalLabel in what can only be described as "a relentless barrage of bass and riddims found in underground caverns and clubs around the globe…"

This mix was recorded during my set for Earthdance London Online Event 2020 - Co-Manifestival that aired September 19, 2020 right after Earthdance's Global Synchronized Prayer for Peace.

This set is a heart opening journey inspired for the release right after the Global Synchronized Prayer for Peace that many of you have been a part of through the many years. It is profound moment that unifies our intentions for World peace and healing, together, as One Global Family.

Since 2007 The Willisist has been pushing the underground in Vancouver. With well over 300 shows hosted, at just about every venue the city had to offer, showcasing international headliners as well as the best new and veteran locals.  Still known for the now legendary False-o-Ween series, some massive NYE events at W2 and The Hive Climbing gym, and long running local nights with Nautilus and the Back Stage Lounge, he's also been a regular at Basscoast, and played Shambs and Wicked Woods. 

With a genuine love for Drum and Bass he has opened or hosted for the likes of Calibre, D-Bridge, Andy C, Dub FX, Dub Phizix, Blu Mar Ten, LSB, Spectrasoul, Breakage, High Contrast, Pendulum, Von D, Netsky and dozens more.
