American hip hop record producer known as Will Notes, is from Miami, Fl. Born in Berlin, Germany (military brat) and raised in Miami, Rashan began his musical career at the age of 16.  He gained recognition in the hip hop industry through his friendship with Miami based rapper Sylvan Lacue formerly known as Quest. Rashan later begin working on production credits such as Smitty’s “Bring it back” on his album  “Bigger than Life”, Young Chris “Toe Tag” ft. Billy Blue on his mixtape “Gunna Season,” Sylvan Lacue’s single “Automatic” on his album “Searching Sylvan”. Most recent singles produced in 2019 are Bizzy Crook’s “Grateful” and Dexter Harvey "Balance"
