A slice of dream-pop electronica, a story of passionate lovers and a sea passage take place on a Saturday night. Waves of rolling piano and shimmering siren harmonies surround us as we board into the storm. Phoebe Coco draws us close to see the seascape between the lovers; crashing waves, glimpses of treasure and descending moments of bliss. Featuring the harmonies of her twin sisters, Grace and Dorothy, backed by arpeggiated bass, drum machines, shakers and melodicas it is framed by Phoebe’s signature piano and dreamy vocals.

 Out on the 9th of March on Sharp Attack Records, and also featuring on the anticipated forthcoming debut album from Phoebe Coco, it is co-produced by Phoebe Coco with Marc Makavov and Vanessa Anne Redd and mixed by Grammy Award winning Eduardo De Le Paz.

The band called TV FACE are releasing a single on the last Friday of every month during 2020. This is July's single - She Gets Old. A telephone tale of a tabloid tragedy.

'We Are The Noise' is the new single from British band The Dowling Poole.

The song is absolutely FREE, no strings attached!

The song was recorded in multiple locations during lockdown and features long-time collaborator and Sugar Plum Fairies/Jackdaw 4/The Dowling Poole band member, Andy Lewis playing bass. 

Guest drummer on ‘We Are The Noise’ is the extraordinary Darby Todd, who has played with countless artists including Kee Marcello, Gary Moore and The Darkness - and some of you may remember Darby from his days playing with Willie and Andy in Sugar Plum Fairies. 

"'We Are The Noise' is a comment on the hysteria that surrounds and consumes us all via social media, and the seemingly endless sensationalist news", says Willie Dowling. 

"The song draws attention to the paradoxical nature of many of us commenting on ‘the noise’ and thereby becoming a part of it. Everybody’s broadcasting but nobody’s listening. And of course to add further irony, this song is making it’s own particular contribution to ‘the noise’. Anyway, it was really great to play with Darby and Andy again after so many years, albeit remotely.”

Described as a 'Creative Producer' by industry types, a one-man Stank-Factory who produces music at Studio 52 (his bedroom) in a North London warehouse.

Although the ideas are musically eclectic, a common theme is retained throughout: utmost respect for the groove which ties genres together. A bit like The Force. Just listen to more P-Funk, you'll understand.

His mission is two-fold:

1. Reinstate The Funk as an attitude permeating our daily lives, so we can cure the Placebo Syndrome and focus on Life.

2. To use music as a Vanguard to rally Funkateers towards a revolution of the mind!
