Genesis Z aka Genesis Ian is a Singer songwriter, musician, producer, and videographer from Subic Bay, Philippines. Moved to Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, France to San Francisco as a child then musically raised thru high school in Wilmington, Delaware and Philadelphia in the renaissance golden years of neo soul. In 2001 Genesis moved to California to pursue his music producer career. 

As a producer, he is best 
known for his work with colleague, Justine Ranes, and Kairie Cushnie of Labratz, his electro band De5tro and Redman. His solo music is like a biography of his life, every song a page, every Ep / album a chapter, . He delivers powerful emotion through his lyricism, over his raw, organic, sometimes electronic, enigmatic instrumentals.

Labratz has produced and released three Mixtapes with Busta Rhymes, Spliff Star, and Rah Digga. Labratz also produced music for Nate Dogg, Dr. Dre's artist Slim Da Mobster, Kat Williams, Ty James and many more amazing artist. Genesis has scored and demoed songs for Lauren Hill, Seal, Christina Milian, placements Film / Tv shows under Edmonds publishing company.  During his 8 year production work, he has performed alongside Talwilk Enfield, Flipmode Squad's Spliff Star, Ivis from the Wailers, XOL, Ben Kenny of Incubus and The Roots. 

In 2004, Kairie Cushnie, Justin Ranes, and Genesis Ian founded the music production company, Labratz, where he creates content for musicians, major artist, and small business. 

2008 Genesis Z debut his R&B / Soul album under moniker aliases Genesis Ian. This led to meeting  Wutang's and Lauren Hill's drummer Dion Nueble. 

2010 he and Nueble has founded electro rock band De5tro. They have performed over 200 venues in Southern California, have opened for acts such as Stanley Clarke, Stevie Wonder, and other indie bands. Currently changing the act name as Genesis Z and The Black Mambas, is shopping for a distribution deal and the right publicity team. Genesis Z plans to release his singles "Karnivor" featuring Redman, Wild About You,  and "Heartbreakers" for early 2016.

Currently we are in the works of adding new members to the band. A second guitar player, and horn section will be exciting to for the complete line up.

Enjo was born and raised in Huntington, Long Island. He has had it rough from the start; losing his mother at a young age. Thankfully his grandmother has constantly been a driving force in his life, helping him be the man he is today.
Cool, helpful, confident, loving, handsome, and friendly are just a few words people use to describe Enjo, but the word TALENTED is ALWAYS used to describe his skills as an artist and producer. Enjo is often compared to Swizz Beats, Kanye West and Timbaland, because of his ability to make beats, produce and be a Hip-Hop artist.  This gift has allowed Enjo to constantly be one step in front of other upcoming artist in the music game. He always manages to come up with new beats and music people love. Enjo has a unique and original style that is bound to catch your attention. When you hear his music you can’t help but bounce to it.
 
So where did Enjo get his name from? Enjo, or Endyanear as he was previously known, got his name from his uncle, one of the people who realized Endyanear's (Enjo) engineering skills early on in his music career. They just took the word engineer and like Endyanear’s music, they put a twist on it, spelling it E-N-D-Y-A- E-A-R, so it sounds like IN YA EAR.
 
Enjo has had many twists and turns in his life. He was a star athlete in high school and made the mistake of dropping out of school; thinking the streets had more to offer. Enjo quickly realized that being in the streets would only get him locked up or dead. He had to make a change in his life. His love for music got him out of the streets and into the studio.
 
Now Enjo has so much to look forward to, he has been blessed with three beautiful daughters, two sons and an upcoming music career. This year will be his time to shine. So listen out for the next club banger, it will definitely be ENJO.
