And almost always there’s a palpable physically felt sense of relief from the burdens we carry in our thoughts and in our hearts. 

You’ll hear a phrase in Sanskrit: Om Shri Gaia Ma, Purnatva Gaia Ma. This phrase acknowledges our Great Mother Earth, Gaia! Gaia is the personification of the Earth in Greek mythology. This phrase declares honor to our -Shri- Abundant and -Purna- - Infinite, Complete and Vast Mother Earth! Sing out loud to share your love for our Earth!
