Ashes Like Velvet is the debut EP from Velvet Bone, a grunge revival band rising from the rain-soaked streets of Seattle. Fusing the dirt-stained poetry of Alice In Chains with the glam-soaked soul of Mother Love Bone, this 6-track EP crawls through pain, longing, and emotional wreckage with hypnotic intensity.

With Joe Mercer's aching voice front and center, the band breathes life into heavy basslines, fuzzed-out guitars, and raw confessions. From the haunting title track to their emotionally charged KISS cover Coming Home, Ashes Like Velvet is a slow burn of nostalgia, heartbreak, and grit — the sound of ghosts singing through amplifier haze.
