The title track &#8220;Duplo&#8221; is wrapped around buzzing bass sounds, cleverly programmed percussions and mind-bending layers of FX. The female vocal snippets provide the track with an extra amount of erotic energy. The slighty deeper &#8220;Give It To Me&#8221; track sucks you into a groove of hypnotizing cow bell patterns, pounding snare rolls and an interesting bassline construct. Lush synth leads punctuate at the right moments and leave just enough space for the added vocal flavor.</p>

Fun projects need to be shared. In this case I like to give away my newest fun project - I did in my free time. Hashtag is a combination of five elements in one track. With the focus on a snare drum roll, a upward pitching part, a melody, a fat baseline and acid elements. Acid in that case means, crazy sounds in a groovy beat. Hope you like it - have fun.

3 QUESTIONS to OLIVIER WEITER:

Q: Summer 2016 is in full progress. What´s your favorite place to be/to play?

A: I love to play all over the world, visiting as many countries as possible. But for the festivals, I really like the festival productions in the Netherlands. So professional, and beautiful stage designs. Only bad thing is that the the sun doesn't shine always ;)

Q: In german „weiter“ means „forward“. Is that part of the secret behind your name?

A: Yes it is, I always wanted to be called Olivier when I was a child, because of a dutch tv serie where the main character is called Olivier. He always went travelling and did those crazy adventures. Weiter is indeed inspired by German word Forward, because I always want to go forward, don't stop at a point. I think you are never finished with this ambition. It got inspired to do all this by the German techno sound, so this is how my alter ego "Olivier Weiter" was born. 

Q: You started a label according to your name, called „Weiter“. What´s coming up soon?

A: The last release was from a very young talent called Marc Holstege, with an amazing remix from Formel. Those boys have already done some great releases, so the next WEITER release will be an EP from them. I'm also busy with finishing a sampler for the Amsterdam Dance Event, wich contains tracks from most of the producers who released a previous track on the label.

Die Leidenschaft zum Techno setzt er bereits seit 2008 in seinen von den Fans heiß geliebten und treibenden Sets um. Er ist bereits Deutschlandweit in den gefragtesten Clubs unterwegs und begeistert nicht nur mit einzigartigem Sound, sondern auch mit seinem sonnigen Gemüt die Leute auf dem Dancefloor.Seit 2013 produziert er seine eigene Musik und greift mittlerweile auf ein umfangreiches Repertoir an Tracks und tollen Kollaborationen zurück. Seine Alben “Hochgeschwindigkeit” (2014) und “Review” (2016) erschienen beide auf dem namhaften Label TK rec von Torsten Kanzler, mit dem er seit Jahren regelmäßig zusammenarbeitet und befreundet ist. Zu den aktuellsten Releases zählen seine EP’s “Plastic” (2017) auf TK rec sowie “Raindrop” (2018) auf Oneroot, dem hauseigenen Label seiner Booking Agentur Inside.Kevin jagt keinen Trends hinterher. Er schafft sich mit viel Fleiß, einer großen Portion Kreativität und einer Menge Herzblut seinen ganz eigenen Stil und seine Hörer lieben ihn dafür.
