The affable young Chiati is a multi-instrumentalist who has banged, plucked and sung his way through childhood which, to be fair, wasn’t that long ago, having only recently turned 19. He likes music so much, he even decides to study it in the form of music technology and sound engineering before taking a year off to produce some real tracks for the world – and what a joy for the world. Except the tracks aren’t joyous, they’re ominous and dark, with basslines on this EP definitely hitting a pro gym membership, that’s how fit and punching their kicks are. But still with a vibrant touch that leaves you licking your fingers for more. And honestly, who doesn’t love a good licking?

Steyoyoke welcomes Oliver Schories with the latest EP, 'Time Lapse'. The self-titled album includes an original by Oliver Schories, and two remixes; Pete Oak's twisted take, and Steyoyoke veterans Aaryon and Animal Picnic appealing approach to 'Time Lapse'. 

Oliver Schories has composed a climatic conversational piece with 'Time Lapse'. A simultaneously dark and bubbly track, the bass line is accompanied by dangerous melodies and mysteriously enticing vocals. Like running through a dream, Oliver Schories has successfully given his music that ethereal touch, certainly making himself sound at home.

Pete Oak's remix of 'Time Lapse' takes the vocals apart and sets them back together in an alluring manner. Pete Oak includes his own emotive reflection, producing a high-energy remix with piercing synths and hypnotic aural teasers. Complexly winsome music, Pete Oak also makes his way on Steyoyoke with this killer remix. 

Aaryon and Animal Picnic approached the task by toning down the original 'Time Lapse', focusing initially on more simple elements behind the track and using musical contrast to make the vocals and synths stand out. A deep and cryptic remix, Aaryon and Animal Picnic have managed to include their individual strengths within this piece.

'Time Lapse' is another gem to add to the Steyoyoke treasure box, embracing Oliver Schories to the roster of artists who have found Steyoyoke to be a suitable home for their creations. Aaryon, Animal Picnic, and Pete Oak warp 'Time Lapse' with their own unique touches, making this dynamic EP a real representation of what Steyoyoke is all about.

Witty is a French young Producer of 33 years old.
Up to his brother in Paris, he discovered electronic music during childhood.
In fact, Witty has been influenced by the music listened in parisian night clubs
(Rex, Batofar, Pulp, etc.) and well known label parties (Minimal Techno, Deep
Techno, Melodic Techno, Deep House, Progressive Techno). 

Over the years, he wanted to compose his own music and began to work on
musical machine at 16 years old, then on PC since his twenties.

He created Witty Prod 12 years ago and perform a wide Electronic Music style.

In Summer 2014, Robben Cepeda, a talented Spanish Producer, engaged Witty
to remix his own tracks.
The remix' greatness lead to an offer from Adro records for the output of Witty 's
first EP : Hipnotik Shlop.
Since this summer, output came one after one on different labels : Weird
Records, Malice Recordz, Undernoise Recording, and the latest Progrezo
Records.

Witty is now working on many projects including a production in collaboration with
John Kah for Malice Recordz.

 Witty est un jeune producteur de musique électronique de 33 ans.
Grace à son frère, il découvre son goût prononcé pour la musique techno durant
sa plus jeune enfance notamment à travers les soirées Techno Parisiennes, en
club ou organisées en salle par différents labels de renom (Minimal Techno,
Deep Techno, Melodic Techno, Deep House, Progressive Techno).

Au fil des années, Witty décide de composer sa propre musique et commence à
travailler sur boites à rythme à l'âge de 16 ans puis sur PC depuis ses 20 ans.
Il crée Witty Prod il y a 12 ans et s'exerce à un large éventail de styles de
musique électronique.

A l'été 2014, Robben Cepeda, un talentueux producteur espagnol propose à
Witty de remixer ses morceaux.
La qualité des remix ont décidé Adro records à proposer à Witty la sortie sur leur
label de son premier EP : Hipnotik Shlop.
Depuis cet été, les sorties s'enchainent sur différents labels dont Weird Records,
Malice Recordz, Undernoise Recording, et le dernier en date Progrezo Records.

Witty travaille actuellement sur de nombreux projets dont une production en
