I've lived in the Pacific NW all my life, well since I was 12 anyway.  I grew up on a farm on Whidbey till I was 16 then moved to Burien and lived in the south end, got married, had a boy and two girls, got divorced and stayed there till my kids were out of HS and on their own. I raised them on my own so I spent many years without singing.  Then I moved north to be with my new boyfriend and current husband.
I retired early, thanks to my husband, and I needed to have music back in my life.  It keeps me alive.  I love to sing with a good band.

I also sing with a guy at retirement centers during the holidays.  We sing all the old standard songs and some 50's and 60's.  But I need a group, duo or band to sing in bars or other stages.
Harmonizing is in my blood.   A band that meshes well together is the ultimate high.  Like Crosby Stills Nash and Young for example.  So good!
