David Chikvaidze is a Georgian international civil servant who has served as chef-de-cabinet to five
Directors-General of the United Nations Office at Geneva. A former Soviet diplomat, Dr. Chikvaidze
spent five years in Washington (1985-1990) as Special Assistant to Soviet Ambassador Anatoly
Dobrynin and Chief of Protocol, where he liaised with the White House and the Department of State,
preparing and managing US-Soviet summits and ministerial meetings. Following the dissolution of the
Soviet Union, Dr. Chikvaidze joined the United Nations, serving as chief of communications to
United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Sergio Vieira de Mello at UNHQ.
Henry Davidkhanian Wright is a writer from New York currently serving in the secretariat of the
Global Student Forum, the umbrella organization of 198 national student unions from 135 countries
and territories. A senior at NYU, he served as global youth representative at Education Cannot Wait,
the United Nations fund for education in emergencies and protracted crises, from 2021-2023. As the
first young person democratically elected to the governing body of a UN humanitarian fund, he served
on the Executive Committee, chaired by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, and
on the High-Level Steering Group chaired by the UN Special Envoy for Global Education.
