WNZR's Cougar Conversation today features Chloe Montague Himmell from the MVNU Women’s Soccer Team.

She is a freshman Biology Major from Zionsville, Indiana. She came to MVNU because of the faith-based focus. She hopes to become a Veterinary Surgeon for exotic animals. 

Chloe started playing soccer when she was 4 because of her Dad’s influence. 
She shares that this year’s team is a tightly knit team. Her journey this season has included several injuries. Chloe talks about how she has learned to find strength through struggle.

Chloe shares memories from this season and her first year as an MVNU student. 
Rapid Fire reveals some of her favorites including her favorite bible verses – 2 Corinthians 12:9-10

WNZR's Cougar Conversation today features Chucho Salgado from the MVNU Men’s Soccer Team.
He is a Junior Computer Science Major from Puebla, Mexico. 

Chucho has been playing soccer since he learned to walk. He talks about memories on and off the field. He also talks about the big transition for his team including having a new Coach. 

Chucho Salgado received Honorable Mention for his strong third season for the Cougars. Salgado played a key role in his defensive work as a center back for MVNU. Salgado also stepped up offensively as the second leading scorer for the Cougars with five goals. Salgado scored two goals in the 5-0 shutout win over Brescia, which helped earn Salgado Crossroads League Defensive Player of the Week. Salgado added one assist and had 11 points in the Crossroads League.
