The ‘Last Dance’ Series are inspired by memories of the last dance of the night – typically at a ceilidh... The Back # Ground series are experiments in ambient music- as in ‘background music’. The AmbiFoS and FdE Series are experiments and interpretations based on the 24 variations of Les Folies d‘Espagne by Marin Marais. Installation Music (IM#) is what is says it is – typically for an art installation which often increase in intensity as you passage through. The ‘Starter For’ series are experiments in music for stuff like event openings/beginnings. The ‘Lift Music’ Series are usually palindromic and can be played forwards or backwards – up or down. The EsReVeR Series contain early music tunes played backwards in part, or in whole.
