On May 25th, 2020, George Floyd was murdered, inciting protests across the globe. Based on some of the reactions of certain individuals close to me, it saddened me that some(you know who you are) couldn't understand the point of those protests. 

As part of the Producer Dojo's 027 Cypher, we were asked to capture and channel the anguish, frustration, and deep rage of the 21st century into a cathartic release of creativity, and connectivity. What came from this was a deeply emotional song, rooted in my anger towards those who fight the idea that Black Lives Matter. I hope you enjoy.

IDMish pt1 - Live in Minneapolis

From having my mind blown as a kid by all the alien-like-sounds that Noisia was creating, to fulfilling one of my final milestones as I made this remix. This journey of music creation has reached a peak I could only dream of. Explosive gratitude and infinite smiles as I realize that this moment is actually true. That all the hard work and effort I put into myself these past years were leading up to something truly unbelievable. Noisia has been more than an inspiration to me throughout all these years. So this is much more than a dream come true. 

Shibuya Pet Store has been one of the MANY tracks that I adore, and I feel like I gave it my absolute all. The 600 channels in my project will agree with me haha. To be a part of these final closing chapters of Noisia’s legacy is unreal. Much love to the mannen uit Groningen, dankjewel.
