𓂀 @mightykat was born with a sixth sense for rhythm. Counting her main influences as jazz, disco and soul, her unique sound bridges eclectic house and the funkier side of techno. MightyKat's sophisticated style and refined track selection define her signature sound, while her love of the dance floor drives her to adapt her sets to the environment she plays, taking the crowd on wonderfully unique and diverse journeys every time she hits the decks .

𓂀 Playing over 20 years, MightyKat is a veteran of the Montreal electronic music scene who went international as part of the Listed Agency roster. She continues to organize and promote local events like the popular “Purr Club Social' party at the Village Pied-du-Courant during the summer and for the rest of the year, into different intimate venues around the city. During the lockdown, she couldn't stop. She produced and presented 52 shows playing alone or with different guests every Friday. She has also been the Musical Director of a TV show for seven editions of Quebec’s prestigious comedy awards, the 'Gala Des Oliviers,' between 2005 and 2019 and the '28 Jours sans Alcool' in  2021.

Both eyes open for OLIIV. This International Women's Day we are welcoming to our line up Return to Rio resident and multi talented and passionate music industry creative OLIIV. Its astonishing to find out OLIIV only started on her DJ journey in 2019 with how immersed in the industry she has become. Not only can she mix dreamy tunes as you hear here in this podcast hence being snapped up by one of Australia's most well loved festival brands Return To Rio as a resident real quick. OLIIV is the founder of The Fan Club Collective who she runs a Sunday session with the Fan Club residents once a month called "Sanctuary" at The Norfolk. 

Also a strong hand in event production, OLIIV can be found running fully immersive events at The Factory Theatre (Next one is March 12th this coming weekend). Also taking on the boutique festival creating running a small festival with a collective of artists called "Neomenia".
