POLOS is a multifaceted artist based in Sydney, Australia. Coming from a diverse background in a multicultural environment, his musical influences are from all around the globe. POLOS’ name derives from the Greek ‘Apostolos’, meaning ‘messenger’, he seeks to use his music as a vehicle to convey the full spectrum of human experience and emotion, from the rawest urges to the pinnacle of self-actualisation. 

Inspired by core Bass artists like Mala, TRUTH, Mystic State, Visages, Kode 9, Leofah, Benga, and other legends, POLOS appreciates deep bass with intricate percussive elements & minimal instrumentals. His roots are in Reggae, Hip-Hop, Latin music, Jazz, Funk, and Blues, which he carries into his productions and DJ sets

Hailing from Huddersfield, UK, and deeply rooted in the rich soundsystem culture and underground jungle scene, Jaz, aka Amante Dubs, channels a passion for raw drums, tribal breakbeats, and deep jazz and reggae influences into her craft. Growing up amidst the gritty, bass-driven energy of West Yorkshire and inspired by the squelchy, scattered rhythms emerging from Sheffield, she has an innovative and experimental approach to DJing.

Influenced by friends and local legends such as Darth Leng, Duburban, Smiley Maxx, Rufus, Ducklin Curls, and Raskul MC, Amante Dubs, a self-proclaimed dubplate scavenger, curates sets that explore a wide range of genres to create unique and experimental mixes, aiming to provide an immersive and energising listening experience. 

Her journey has taken her from the underground hubs of the UK, performing at Forest Frequencies in Huddersfield and Open Sounds at The Underground in Bradford, to the bass scene in Australia, where she's graced stages like the YourShot Meanjin (Brisbane AU) Alizé Stage, Renegade Playground in the bin room at Greaser, and Equity Sessions at Prohibition Side Room in Meanjin. 
She also curated her own event, Lover Dubs, at The End Bar, showcasing her dedication to both performance and community building within the scene.

Constantly the hunt for new sounds and blends, this selecta supplies a mixed bag and continues to evolve as an artist with every set.

Her contributions extend to radio, co-hosting the Cabin Fever Sessions on Orbital Radio and featuring on platforms like Bristol’s Goat Shed Radio.

If you're a fan of 140, then Aotearoa's DJ D-Low should already be on your radar. Known for his razor-sharp selections and deep love of bass music, he naturally weaves together dubstep, reggae, and dub to create raw, heavy-hitting grooves.

Coming from a background in heavy metal and blues, his transition into the darkest realms of electronic music was a natural evolution. His sets explore the weird and wonderful sides of bass, striking the perfect balance between raw energy and deep, hypnotic vibrations.

Through dedication and a deep passion for the craft, D-Low has earned the opportunity to share the stage with some of the world's top bass music pioneers, including Truth, Vivek, Headland, Sepia, Abstrakt Sonance, and Khiva. As a founding member of the Port Dubs Collective (PDC) Sound System, he has been instrumental in shaping Auckland's underground bass scene, putting on countless events at The Thirsty Dog, Nannys, and the Waitakere RSA.

Beyond his work behind the decks, D-Low gives back to the community through his charity event series, Bass In Your Face, held at Whammy Bar, which has raised thousands for the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand. His dedication to both the music and the culture has made him a staple at Aotearoa's most respected club nights, regularly appearing at events hosted by Twin Digits, One Forty Dubz, and Port Dubs Collective. He has also played alongside the likes of N8-NZ, Third Eye Hi-Fi, Roots Fire Sound, Big Bada Boom, Drop Beats Not Bombs, Sic Entertainment, and Home Bass Radio crews.

D-Low's presence extends beyond the clubs, having delivered earth-shaking sets at some of New Zealand's premier festivals, including Twisted Frequency, Otherlanz, Earth Beat, and Dimension. With a deep connection to sound system culture, he keeps the bass rolling through Aotearoa, delivering heavyweight frequencies that move bodies and minds alike.
