Wondercast 066 is live and we invite the mighty duo Syrette behind Taro Records for an relentless broadcast that they've carefully crafted.

Syrette are the duo behind Taro Records, bringing a monstrous mash of techno from classically inspired grooves to industrial domination. The pair favour a “found sounds” approach in their own productions, mixing real world recordings with instruments and effects in both the analogue and digital domain.
As DJs they seek to bring the rave through years of multi-genre experience, tailored towards a techno sound. Tinges of electro, industrial and EBM filter through but love for techno is what guides them. Whilst trading heavily in tracks from their own label and the scene around them, you are never too far from a stone cold classic being thrown in when Syrette are at the controls.

Biography
Empirical as a hard sip spilling from a discharged battery. There is always a nihilistic fetish in these youngsters dealing with technology. Stefano Martino, aka R A S H, is never hiding this darkest side in his composition. His machinery becomes a ritual object within which his human state becomes an algorithmic begging of change making its appearance at warm 50 hertz complacency.

His sound exploration is elaborated through decadent, post-industrial soundscapes inscribing the full failure of a consumer society which noise becomes an evidence whilst its awareness is modelled, reworked within a dystopian hexavalent chromium taste, blended into the future. Thought Criminal is a multi-genre DJ from Aberdeen in Scotland, best known for high-energy vinyl mixes of hard, bouncy rave/industrial/acid/oldskool techno. She plays at clubs and parties all over Scotland and has featured on live-streams, podcasts and radio shows for collectives all over the world. 
Thought Criminal is resident and co-founder of Aberdeen’s Fierce Collective, a group who promote other womxn/nb DJs and producers and provide DJ skills workshops. She hosts the two Fierce Collective radio shows, which feature womxn and nb DJs and producers, and organises the Fierce club nights in Aberdeen, which combine womxn and nb DJs with live art.  
She is also a resident at Aberdeen's Binary School/Binary Trax, a club night and label showcasing local electronic music producers, and Aphrodite, Aberdeen's queer dance party; and is a member of the international female:pressure network.

Wonderlust Group is a music and art rave and record label based in Belfast, Ireland. Wonderlust strives to combine underground music with live visual art by bringing innovative productions and diverse musical rosters to unique venues throughout Europe.

I started making mixes in 2012 with my PC and a small Numark controller in my bedroom with a few trance classics from the likes of Tiesto and Paul Oakenfold whilst learning the basic of mixing tracks together and finding out which songs I can put together. After a year I upgraded to a Numark mixtrack pro and started to learn how to organise mixes more and use of effects, loops and timing. In 2014 I made my debut live DJ set for an event called Psylance in Southampton, since then I've been a permanent resident DJ and played in various venues around Southampton town. Since 2015 I've made a more regular habbit of making mixes each month which are on soundcloud and mixcloud with a much more vast span of music types as my taste in music has grown. Much of these mixes are inspired by DJ's such as Steve Angello and Pete Tong when listening to their underground residency's on Radio 1. In the last year I've been on the same lineup as trance icon Mark Sherry for Frequency South Uk and also been part of events for Techno DJ Cliquee based in Portsmouth. Now my taste for music has massively grown, I've met a vast network of others DJ's and looking to take things on further with even more events!
