An intergalactic guitar wizard seeking party members for a daring musical adventure to win boundless XP and GP.



Wondernaut is a musician from Oklahoma City, backed by a band from Washington DC, and has built a small, but worldwide and dedicated fanbase since the release of his first album in 2006. Last year saw the release of two EPs on Lackpro Records, Mind the Pendulum Swing and 1,000 Love Songs, which received chart success and heavy rotation at many college radio stations across the country. A tour of the East coast followed in October and November 2011 in support of the two EPs.

Wondernaut takes elements from his influences to attempt to find his own voice in rock music. Lyrical guitar solos and clever wordplay dance around driving, distorted rhythms while the softer side of Wondernaut highlights heartbreak and isolation with acoustic guitars and shimmering vocal harmonies. Patrons of the live show have commented on the passion in his music. Fans of The Pixies, Dinosaur Jr, Built to Spill, Band of Horses, and Red Hot Chili Peppers will find much to love here.

Wondernaut has not come to reinvent the wheel, merely to use it to go somewhere meaningful.
