​Him: He has been nicknamed the "Pope of underground music in the Middle East". He has been able to restore a taste for Arab music to a whole generation with tasty productions that are the only secret.

Lynn Adib and Zeid Hamdan have decided to combine their talents through their new project "Bedouin Burger".

With 2 auto tracks produced in June 2020, the group immediately interested PopArabia, the Middle East branch of the American label Reservoir. The group signed a production contract with them in March 2021. The first singles are slated for release in September 2021.

Après Ethiopique et Ana Wiak, Jamal Nouman revient avec une nouvelle chanson placée sous le signe de l’amour. Aurélie raconte le périple d’un acteur poète parti jouer dans le sud de la France et qui vit une belle histoire d’amour avec la prénommée Aurélie. 

Sur fond de rythme chgouri et de mélopées latines, cette histoire durera le temps d’un visa, un mois ! Un mois de fête et d’insouciance où ce jeune marocain se libère des a priori et des frustrations de la société marocaine. Un mois durant lequel le poète connait une renaissance à travers ces nouveautés que sont l’amour et la sensualité.
Lui qui n’avait jamais osé regarder une fille dans les yeux, découvre la femme et la communion qui peut exister entre deux êtres.

A l’heure ou les questions de mobilité font l’actualité, Jamal Nouman délivre une chanson douce-amère qui conte l’histoire d’une relation avortée à cause de la distance, une relation avortée également pour cause de mobilité restreinte, dans ce monde moderne où on ne circule pas à sa guise. 
Au delà de la description d’une idylle sans lendemain, Jamal Nouman pointe du doigt cette situation ubuesque : La libre circulation devrait être un droit indéniable.

this is one of the themes i have composed for " Roundtrip " , a film by  the Syrian director  Meyar Al-Roumi.
this piece was recorded between Beirut and Fraizer Park California .
I recorded Buzuk , guitalele , kalimba and melodica 
Miles Jay recorded Lyra , accordeon , contrebass and percussions.
This version is different from the one in the movie. I hope u ll have the chance to see it at the Dubai film festival , if it wins a prize it will hopefully be screened in some theatres around the world. ( finger crossed )
