Baikal Nomads is a prestigious record label known for its forward-thinking approach to organic house, and Serkan Eles is making his debut on the imprint following music on other respected outlets such as Pipe & Pochet, Sol Selectas, Bar 25 and Cafe De Anatolia.

Hailing from Istanbul in Turkey, Serkan Eles is a talented musician who's transitioned from playing guitar in bands to producing electronic music. His style blends live instrumentation with sequenced percussion and atmospheric synths. Serkan Eles is also a skilled DJ whose enrapturing sets have captivated dance floors at many of Turkey's most prestigious underground events.
 
"Not a Body" is first of the four tracks, and it's a downtempo cut with dreamy melodies layered over tense pads and shuffling percussion.

“Project Senegal” is led by Michael Langhammer, Philipp Gaska, Marco Di Mola and Tierno Niang, all friends of Alex Kaminski, a German producer from Leipzig who supports the project by offering a free track. You can download the track “Buran” by clicking the Download Button or at Bandcamp. You can leave a donation to “Project Senegal” or switch to the download (on the bottom right “back to Kollektiv Liebe e.V.”) All proceeds will benefit the “Project Senegal”. 

In order to spread the concept of open source, the guys from “Project Senegal” travelled at its own expense to Dakar for the period from July 21st, 2017 to August 13th, 2017. In workshops they were teaching basic knowledge about the construction of solar charge controllers to the civilian population. Open the download file to get a detailed description of the initiative. 
The idea was originated in cooperation with Open Source Ecology Germany; the project is supported financially by Kollektiv Liebe e.V.
