ABOUT US

World Extravaganza is an Open Mic Community music and arts organization dedicated to organize events and design programs with the mission to promote, advocate, and communicate music and the arts to the general public.

Open Mic/Stage events are organized regularly to provide a space for artists and performers to take risks, challenge themselves, and welcome something completely new and terrifying.

We are based in Manila, Philippines.  

Open Mics Thursdays are at 121 Resto Bar & Grille, Pasong Tamo Ext. Makati from 7:30pm onwards

and

Open Mic Wednesdays are at Frank & Dean, Burgos Circle, The Fort, BGC from 7:30pm onwards

A singer/songwriter based in Laguna, Yuri has been writing music since 2004. After winning the UP National Centennial Songwriting Competition on 2008, he became part of the UPLB theatre scene. He has written and directed several musical productions in Los Banos. Yuri is currently a member of Tabsing Kolektib where he works as musical director.
