"hello !! this is what i was working on for a fair bit of time in between "a composition" and "worth your while." a lot of time was spent on these songs, so i'd rather share what i have to people that may like the stupid demos i make than keep them in a folder, never to be released. additional info on each song is in the description, be warned i do talk a LOT so its a little bit of a reading assignment LOL

"i wanted to make a song with kirisaga for a long time. i actually made the first version of this beat as a part 2 for a different beat i was making. this was probably the one of the first beats (except for tmwyw) that i actually finished for the ep, the earliest file version says april 16th. this also was before My Reality, me and kiri's first song, was uploaded. when i made the second part (this) i thought itd be cute to make it kinda dancy dance so i msgd kiri if shed be down to have a feature on it and she actually recorded the rough version of her verse BEFORE i even started writing for mine. this upload uses the rough version she sent me, which was the only version she recorded. along the process of making the ep, she brought up re-recording her part and trying again on it, and i thought id let her, however by that time the ep was in a rough spot and i had decided to put it to rest. i ended up recording my verse on it july 26, 2025. the ep was shortly scrapped afterwards sadly."

"the very first song i made for this ep. this song was made off the start of a long line of personal issues while i was in a difficult spot creatively. at that time, i felt as if i havent made something that truly meant anything to me, and seeing the songs uploaded before then, it shows a bit, with "login and hate" being my most recent track. the difficult personal issues opened my eyes and made me seek out what truly meant a lot to me, which in turn helped me make music that encapsulated that sentimentality. "someday", along with many songs on the ep were made with a handful of people in mind, people that meant a lot and still mean a lot to me.

on another note, many demos came after this specific version. all of them mostly just keep the same core structure and add a few things here and there. i thought this version (demo 2) is the best one though."

"i always think its really funny thinking back on how long i took meticulously putting together the songs for this ep. many demos and versions were made of this song over a few months, but the funny part is that most of them are the same exact length. i think the funniest part is that some people i showed this song to dont even talk w me anymore. thats how long this shit was being worked on

"not much to say about this beat. this song is the first version of "love like you," with the melody being carried over to the version me and kirisaga sung over. it was originally going to be "live like this / love like you," with me and greyy (@prod8te) on part 1 and me with kiri on part 2, however, we couldnt figure out how to hit this beat, and i felt as if part 2 was a better fit for the ep, so this beat was scrapped. 

i am still very attached to this beat"
