His unique sound has led him to share the stage with top artists in the electronic scene. He's performed at prominent festivals such as Coachella, Outside Lands, Burning Man, Eclipse, and Lightning in a Bottle. He’s collaborated with the likes of Afrika Bambaataa, Sizzla, Ooah (The Glitch Mob), Beats Antique (Sidecar Tommy), Alex Grey, and the Grammy-nominated vocalist Chaytanya. David Starfire returns to Gravitas Recordings with a new compilation album: Portal. 

Portal: curated by David Starfire, features a plethora of genres and styles across the electronic spectrum through 13 diverse tracks. Spanning global bass, dubstep, house, electro-swing and remixes of MORiLLO and Desert Dwellers, sounds converge in endless unison on Portal. Supa/Fly is a 2 track EP of funkadelic electronic jams featuring St4rfox on trumpet, and Gaddy on keyboard woven together by meticulous production from 5AM. Through whimsical, evocative riffs and soaring, evolving soundscapes, the trio has captured the essence of flight through sound. It's rare to hear recognizable samples in 5AM's music, but when an uplifting message from Steve Miller found it's way onto an equally uplifting beat, Fly was born, and a new side of 5AM's sound was revealed.
