Компроміс між романтичним світосприйняттям та всеохоплюючим авторитаризмом повсякденності є провідним мотивом у новому альбомі музиканта з Одеси, Віктора Константінова.
Сирий саунд, прості та прямолінійні ритми і мелодії, помірно декадентська лірика - обізнаний слухач відразу помітить, якщо не наслідування, то як мінімум вплив скандинавської хвилі і, напевно, матиме рацію.
Так, цей реліз навряд чи можна назвати новаторським у світі звуку, але все одно цілком імовірно, що він знайде своїх прихильників серед поціновувачів музики саме “холодних” напрямів.

Joy comes with the morning, is a sound work created by artist Phoebe Collings-James for their installation A Scratch! A Scratch! at Camden Art Centre, Sept 9th - Dec 23rd 2021.

The sound exists within the precarious embrace of a red clay sculpture in which three ceramic wheel-spun bells each with a corresponding sounding well of water, ritualistically absorb and reflect the energy of the music.

This work was produced in collaboration with Mwen, and features trumpet by Sheila Maurice-Grey, Saxophone by V Belinga and Trumbone by Safo NG.
