This one’s dedicated to Esja Pleizier. Both she and the song were conceived back in 2007... I often played it to her on the piano – but she had no idea it was ‘her song’ yet. 

Well, here it is finally, arranged and with lyrics. A special thanks goes out to my dearest Nausikaä de Blaauw who contributed to the lyrics, sang backing vocals and added some soprano saxophone flourishes to the bridge.
