Sick Rebel returns to the fray with his long overdue 2nd 12” for Blood Tribe 
  Records. Following up on a successful 2008 which featured his first pressing 
  ‘Regrets’ (Nearly Sold Out), and storming live shows at The Glade Festival and the 
  Scala in London to name but a few, London resident David Rzepa starts 2009 with 
  a wonky Dubstep anthem which is already gaining notoriety over the internet after 
  being featured as the soundtrack to the promotional video for The Glade Festival 
  2009.  
   
  With a hook that sounds like it could have come straight off the Gameboy you 
  used when you were a teenager, coupled with throbbing bassline pressure and 
  relentless rhythms, ‘Sputnik’ is a dancefloor classic waiting to happen. Backed up 
  by the low-frequency skank of ‘Lion’, the digital release will also feature remixes of 
  Sick Rebel’s first release by his fellow Blood Tribe reprobates, Nagual Sound 
  Experiment and Screenager. 
   
  With live performances at London’s Plastic People and this years Glade Festival 
  already confirmed, as well as his first LP dropping on Blood Tribe in the summer, 
  2009 is shaping up to be an exceptionally busy and successful year for this up and 
  coming producer.
