Kirlin III, who was commissioned in Field Artillery after graduating from Niagara University in 1970 and served a long military career, retiring as a US Army Colonel. Joe is the Commander of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Military Order of the World Wars (MOWW) and a Vice Commander of the National Military Order of the World Wars. Among the things Joe talks about is the Birthday Celebration of the United States Army on June 13th through the 15th and hosting the Wreaths Across America Mobile Education Exhibit.
