Something often overlooked and equally important as receiving the medicine, is the integration of it all.  There comes a point, where we must give us ourselves the proper space to USE the medicine we have been given and take action. 

My Kinda Medicine is truly integrated action.

Some of the biggest medicine to swallow in these times is Trust. That perhaps we can trust that What is meant to be shall be and that there's an order to the seeming chaos.

Collectively it feels like a time to Rally.

The world needs as much of all of our individual medicine right now as we can spread, our love, despite fear, is a remedy in itself.

So here's some of my love for your Moon day.

I view dance as a form of Jedi Music Appreciation through which the dancer opens themselves as a conduit for the music to express through. In essence, "the dancer" gets out of the way and allows themselves to be danced.
