Guided Relaxing Meditation with Affirmations

This is exactly 68 second music composition, consisting of four 17 second phrases. The 68 second cycle is repeated four times if you are willing to practice several sessions at a time.

Every 17 seconds there is a noticeable change to aid you keeping track of your focus. 

According to teachings of Abraham, when you keep consistent focus of attention on certain subject for 17 seconds - another thought of the same vibration is attracted. Staying focused further is going to add new thoughts to your vibration, raising its frequency until you cross the 68 seconds threshold, when your vibration becomes strong enough to affect matter.

Just practice this little concentration exercise and you will train your thought to be pure and consistent enough to produce physical changes.
