Overcome the 5 LIES That STOP Meditation Success  - Walk the Wu Wei #29

Over the course of her career, Ines has been able to help numerous healthcare organizations transform their operations and improve their performance. She is a highly experienced change management executive who has led many organizations through successful transformations.

People have referred to Ines as an accidental executive due to how she has thrived in an environment she has not sought out. Although she came into her career with a unique set of skills and knowledge, she quickly realized that she had a calling to pursue. Ines is highly motivated and competitive and is driven by her desire to excel in everything she does.

Ines is a great problem-solver who can step back and see the bigger picture when it comes to analyzing information. She is also capable of making analytical decisions using data collected and stored in her various assignments. Her team members regard her as a fair and tough leader who sets a high standard and encourages others to succeed.

She is passionate about the causes that she supports and is dedicated to making a difference in the world. Ines enjoys spending time with dolphins and whales and supporting various ocean conservation initiatives. Two of her favorite organizations are the Real Hope for Haiti and the Global Orphan Project.

These organizations work to provide orphans and vulnerable children in Haiti with the necessary education and care. One of their beneficiaries, the organization Papillon Marketplace, appeared in a special on Netflix called Poverty, Inc., which focuses on providing skills and employment opportunities to women in the country.

An inspiration to others, Ines is driven by her passion for making a difference in the lives of people. She is also a talented artist and a leader who values the uniqueness and diversity of all things. Having lived and worked on different continents, Ines has a unique perspective on the world.

Ines is able to easily relate to people from different backgrounds due to her fluency in several languages. This is one the reasons why she is a great cross-department liaison. She encourages collaboration and participation by making everyone feel part of the team.

When Ines needs to recharge, she enjoys music, the ocean, and nature. She also values a healthy work-life balance.
