To me Techno is meant to be repetitive with a straight groove and a harder feel with somewhat more industrial sounds. ... Deep House is really focused around the bassline, it's generally between 110 BPM to 125 BPM, it's also very groovy, but the groove is based around the bassline instead of the percussion.
