Emma Yasumi's DJ sets reflects her well-travelled and random life. Having lived in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey and London, her style is influenced by the hip hop, dancehall, ghetto house/juke and industrial rock scenes of the various cities she has called home.

In a typical set, you will find Emma traversing the House and Techno spectrum, juxtaposing various textures, melodies and moods to create a dynamic musical journey. A classically trained violinist, dancer and self described club kid, Emma Yasumi has only one requirement of her sets - that they keep the floor moving.

Enigmatic nomad Emma Yasumi has been collecting sounds from around Planet Earth for as long as she can remember. A musical chameleon unbridled by genre, she will juxtapose textures, colours and moods to tell a story: a story that could be hopeful and exuberant… or weird and hostile.

WUWT is a platform for the motivational support of underground artists, giving them the chance to be exposed to the electronic music community. This involves a monthly podcast featuring local and international DJs.
