An Argentinian who’s musical forte has been bred in Berlin, Alejandro Mosso has been at the cutting edge of electronic music for more than 15 years. Through challenging the understanding of what dance music could be, Mosso sits at the intersection of deep house, minimal techno, tribal, and melodic dance music. 

Alejandro’s ability to traverse genre lines makes him a pillar of XYZ’s artistic vision. With releases on industry titans such as Cocoon, Third Ear, and Hivern Discs propelling his career, Mosso has recently found footing in the deep and melodic scene. His Amatista EP on Behrouz’s Do No Sit label is flush with quality, and his remixes for Esteble and Robbie Akbal further display the impressive recent output for Mosso.

As we step into Autumn, we are thrilled to welcome the return of Mosso to the XYZ imprint in the form of his Promenader EP. With January’s Sirocco project as a building block, the latest collection from Alejandro fosters his irresistible percussion work and groove-forward arrangements; immensely intelligent, easy-riding, and cohesive music coming your way.

The B-side takes things in a psychedelic direction, with tripped out vocals toying with the brain from the start. Classic drums act as the backbone for Parlante, a tune dripping in mind-melting magic. Expect to hear this one functioning as a wicked ‘DJ tool’, bringing innovation to any late night set.

When I first listened to the electronic music through headphones, I got a sense of expanding the space in my brain suddenly. I've been a music lover and a DJ since then. I travelled to India to meet real Goa trance. Soon as I move to London I go down deep into underground music.
Fortunately I had many opportunities to play with these artists, Adam port, Doc martin, Dubfire, emok, Loco dice, Tiefschwarz, &ME. and many more !

A curator and selector with ears trained in Chicago & New York, BeetKat brings a playful but dark twist to techno, progressive, and deep house. Expect carefully woven organic textures and percussions, layered with trippy, atmospheric melodies and rhythms to take you on a journey of mind and heart.
 
Currently in Bangkok, BeetKat shares what he learned from NYC communities like Ebb & Flow, PYNK, and Zero as well as organizing sound for a Burning Man camp to create intentional events in The Land of Smiles as Ikigai Tribe.

Alejandro Mosso is an Argentinian electronic music composer, producer, and live performer as well as a sound installation artist currently based in Berlin. 

A prolific artist with a vast discography of more than 45 EPs and 8 albums for world-renowned labels since 2002. He’s appeared on industry classics such as Cocoon, Hivern Discs, Third Ear, and Sushitech, while also launching projects filled with musicality on Do Not Sit, LYAM, When We Dip XYZ, lomidhigh, Satya, and his own mosso imprint. Alejandro has collaborated with genre-defining artists such as Ricardo Villalobos, Burnt Friedman, Tim Green, Laurence Guy, and many more.

With his particular brand of “musical club music”, Alejandro has developed a distinctive sound palette, balancing electronic and acoustic sounds, sitting at the intersection of deep house, minimal, tribal, and experimental dance music.

Mosso’s live show is the centerpiece of his artistic career. As a worldwide touring musician, he has performed his live set across North & South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia, including respected events and venues like MUTEK, Fabric, Amnesia, Space, Womb, Rex, Watergate, KaterBlau, Hive, Cityfox, Arma 17, Garbicz and Caprices Festival.

In 2020 he obtained a master’s degree in Sound Studies and Sonic Arts from the University of the Arts Berlin, expanding his career into the world of sound art, presenting sound and light installation works in art galleries across Berlin, and releasing various experimental and 3D immersive audio projects like the critically acclaimed Other Worlds. A multifaceted artist constantly broadening his field of work.

Harbour is a 22 year old Lancashire based dj with a taste for all aspects of house music.
Inspired heavily from the underground music scene and is eager to make his mark.
