Wassu will always hold a special mantle at the TOR imprint, as the man who inaugurated the label with his Andu EP in 2020. Since then, the New Yorker has turned heads with a string of prolific releases on the likes of Anjunadeep, All Day I Dream, and When We Dip XYZ. With each passing project, Wassu's mastery of warm melodies and boastful basslines deepens. His latest offering, the Not So Random EP, is distinct sign of his current studio soundscapes, and showcases the ever-evolving sound of the wizardly Wassu.

The title track Not So Random opens with a driving kick drum moving us right into high gear. A throbbing bassline widens the breadth, as classic piano chords bring a touch of the timeless. Energy elevates through the build, rich with reverb, as the big kick returns to offer quintessential dancefloor moments.

On the B-side Loux, Wassu brings a touch of percussive flavor to greet a very playful underbelly. Progressive tones reach deep into the cosmos to twinkle the senses, as floating melodies and distant vocal chops surge us towards higher planes.

Closing out the trio is Club 201, merging melodic movements to showcase Wassu's sound at its most magical. Rhythmic and riveting synthetics swirl, allowing a deep groove to cut through and send sun-drenched dancefloors into euphoria.

On remix duties, Ewan Rill, joining the label for the first time, and Eze Ramirez, right now on a serious rise, turn in two unique versions.

Ewan Rill opts for a smooth progressive update focusing on the melodic elements for the later floors, while Eze grooves it out with a rubbery bass and peak time ebbs and flows.

We are thrilled to introduce "Unwind," a captivating 4-track EP by the talented organic house producer Ricardo Angeles, to our label Amulanga Records. Ricardo has been making waves in the music scene with his previous release of a single, "Tidaan," on our label and his notable contributions to Anjuna Deep, Peace Symphony, XYZ, and Sound Avenue. "Unwind" showcases Ricardo's exceptional craftsmanship, blending organic textures, groovy rhythms, and mesmerizing melodies. The EP features collaborative efforts, with the track "Ancient Memories" being written and produced with Pinkowitz, and "Uphasa Lana" created in collaboration with Netzer Rico. To kick off the Amis series on TOR, there was truly only one man for the job. More than anything, this collection of music represents the fact that Wassu is a man of the people; one of the most important characters in the deep & melodic scene. He brings together artists from all corners for our debut Amis project - longtime collaborators, new faces, inspirational acts, studio partners, and burgeoning partnerships all align on Wassu's Amis.

'We are extremely pleased to welcome USA-Based DJ and producer Veytik to the ranks of Polyptych artists. As the founder of Art Vibes Music, as well as artists of many well-known imprints, including Click Records, ICONYC, YION, Cafe De Anatolia, trndmsk, and many others, Veytik has become a prominent figure in the electronic scene, relying on bright organic and ethnic downtempo sounds, but also not forgetting to mix in elements from other genres, which makes his style unique. This time Veytik presents to us with a new EP "Let the Flame Take You". The release combines a bright palette of emotions and sensations, intertwining the softness and lightness of organic sound, melancholic ethnic motives, and vocal elements, as well as incredible guitar riffs that give an exciting vibe. Listening to this release, I want to believe and hope for a bright "tomorrow".
