The songs on this SoundCloud are basically my journal. I never made any of this material thinking anyone would actually listen so I truly appreciate those who have taken their time. These recordings capture my emotions in their rawest form and tell my tale word for word. 5 days after the release of my first self titled mix, I shot myself in the head with a 9mm pistol in a botched suicide attempt. Eerily enough I spoke every word of what would happen on that first record which was not my intentions. I spoke of when, why, how down to minor detail like blowing out my teeth. It’s chilling listening back. But despite my incident I was determined to continue to tell my story. I started getting back in the studio the moment I could to continue to speak on my journey and the places I was in at various points. Every word is my life and my only wish is that my story can help someone else in need of hearing it. I stopped making music a year and a half ago after going to rehab and getting sober. I met a girl and we changed our lives together. I decided that the music, performing, and lifestyle were all just to much for me in a fragile state. I’ve had no choice to step away in an effort to steer clear of triggers and remain healthy. I no longer want to die. I’m no longer taking substances I’ve relied on since a child to manage. I’m in the best place I’ve ever been but times still get tough. I don’t know that I will ever get back on the microphone but I still love music with a passion. I am and have always been a fan first. My biggest inspiration and savior was the late great Lil Peep. Every word he ever spoke resonated so deeply with me and his music changed my life forever. His production and vocal style were a blend of everything I’ve ever loved about music so one day I decided to try and write my own. I tried reaching out to everyone I could to work with the artist whom I cherish and relate to the most. I never got to reach Peep to let him know how much he meant to me despite writing him often. I’ll miss him forever. Much love to HXUSE aka DVRVLXN, my brother for making every song recorded a reality and putting up with my wild ass in the studio. Much love to Savior Rose, FishNarc, Horse Head, smrtdeath and every artist and producer who gave me the sounds and platforms to make my dreams a reality. Much love to everyone out there going through some shit and everyone out there putting their souls on records. You’d be surprised who may need to hear what you have to say in your songs. Thank you to those making the music that continues to save me. I hope everyone out there in pain finds peace. If I can make it anyone can. My music will remain here to serve as a reminder of my past, for myself and anyone else who may benefit. Thank you all for you support over the years and thank you for listening.
