Reap_Eat, also known as Divided_Eye, hails from the Bay Area, California, and has been hooked on SoundCloud since 2009. Starting in 2021, he decided to channel his love for Dubstep into a kick-ass series of weekly mixes. This mix, in particular, dives deep into the edgier and heavier side of the genre. IDA Takeover – qwqwqwqwa

@qwqwqwqwa is an artistic outlet of producer and DJ Grigorii Gribov. In his live shows he explores bassy, glitchy micro-percussive music, navigating between UK bass, techno, ambient breaks, illbient, and downtempo with a touch of early 2000s IDM.

He has released albums on labels like Grid, and Neoplasm and contributed to compilations by Comic Sans, Xpone, Neoplasm, Radio Fantasia, 29 Speedway. As a Dj and selector he made podcasts for NTS, Rinse France, Retreat, Mutant, Ola, syg.ma, Kiosk, Gimic radios.

His latest mixtape Rejecting Fragility, released on Xpone, 2024, is a recorder of emotions and experiences collected during a year of immigration to Tbilisi. Delving into new surroundings, the mixtape acts as a postcard that envisions the technogenic bustle of Tbilisi. Similar to Fashion Music for Scammers, the release takes shape of a diary entry and attempts to record the constantly fluctuating moment of emotional fragility, where the atmosphere within the magical and serene corners of the city’s surroundings switches up rapidly with its concrete coldness, and the deep wormhole that is its nightlife.

"Currents is a 20-minute looping video piece accompanying a live DJ set by LDS, created for the collectives X hoch X and Augmented Research. The piece plunges viewers into a continuous visual journey through a dreamlike, subaquatic world—where the viewer drifts seamlessly from one aquarium to another.
Integrating AI-driven video and image generation techniques, the artist stitches together long sequences of filmed underwater footage with algorithmically generated transitions. The result is a meditative sequence of submerged environments—green-tinged algae tanks, murky aquatic chamber vistas, and fish-filled expanses—blurring the boundary between the real and the artificial.
The work eschews traditional narrative structures and hard cuts in favour of continuous, fluid transitions. These flowing narrative structure echo the transient nature of water itself and point to new possibilities for storytelling—ambient, immersive and in constant transformation. Through this fluid choreography of visuals, Currents proposes an alternative mode of guiding audience attention: not through directive edits, but through suggestion, motion, and atmosphere. 
This piece reflects the artist's ongoing exploration of how AI can be used not just as a generative tool, but as a method for rethinking narrative continuity, perceptual immersion, and the construction of visual rhythm."

“Mauro aka “DJ Saliva” is a multi-talented artist, working as a painter, visual developer, labelmanager and DJ. As the label-manager of Herrensauna Mauro is curating the trademark visuals and artwork of the brand, label and it's events. Next to being a Herrensauna resident, Mauro is as well the founding member of Porto based queer party "Arena Spa Superiora". 
Musically DJ Saliva brings together a hybrid fusion of old school & hi-tech new school sounds. From up-tempo electro & breaks to trippy & hypnotic tribal materials."


Lagrima I.
"Fado, mellow whispers, beth gibbons, psychic tv, melancholic guitars, final fantasy, lee gamble, unreleased songs of mine and more.

The tittle of this mix was inspired on Inês de Castro, a Galician noblewoman who fell in love with Prince Pedro of Portugal while he was married to Constança of Castile. After Constança’s death, Inês and Pedro lived together, which alarmed the court. Fearing her family’s influence, King Afonso IV ordered her execution in 1355. After becoming king, Pedro took brutal revenge by having Inês’s killers executed and their hearts torn out. The Quinta das Lágrimas in Coimbra is traditionally believed to be where Inês was killed or wept before her death. The Fonte das Lágrimas (“Fountain of Tears”) is said to still bear the stains of her blood.

I’ve released many dance mixes, but this one is for the mornings when we wont leave bed — to sunlight peeking through blankets, to the purges, the tears, the retreats, and the quiet return to lullabies and sad songs for recovery."

SALOME JAKHADZE.
"In my practice, I work across painting, embroidery, sculpture, installation, and digital media, weaving together layers of history, folk- lore, and personal mythology. My most recent works revolve around my homeland, Georgia, where socio-political tensions and ancestral traditions coexist in a continuous dialogue. these themes remain repetitive throughout my work—not just as subject matter, but as a process of meditation, protection, and remembrance. 
Even as I respond to the present moment, I find myself reaching toward the past, into the more archaic aspects of Georgian culture— particularly the traces of witchcraft and spellbinding rituals I believe are encrypted in the genetic code of our society. there is a liminal space where the political and the mystical overlap, where the ritual of survival transforms into something sacred. Teeth, thorns, and shields appear as recurring motifs, symbolizing both defense and vulnerability. Shields, like skin, become not just barriers but intimate surfaces holding memory, experience, and the imprint of time. 
In my drawings, creatures emerge—fluid in form, unbound by fixed representation. they exist as entities rather than defined figures, holding space between abstraction and narrative. the ambiguity of their shapes reflects the tension between clarity and obscurity, tradition and change. Similarly, the physical act of embroidery, the repetition of sculpture, and the layering of paint all become a ritual in themselves—one that feels at times like a spell, a way to inscribe protection into the material world. 
Ultimately, my work is an attempt to reconnect with an obscured but ever-present truth, to stay in sync with the undercurrents of history, myth, and personal memory. By intertwining past and present, the tangible and the mystical, I search for ways to visualize the invisible, to give form to what resists definition."

TOWNES.
Townes is a Vinyl only DJ based in the suburbs of Stuttgart. For this mix Townes throws the selection of records he’s usually known for out the window and opts to instead take you on a journey down a completely new path. Come along for a ride through a finely curated selection of ambient, deconstructed jungle and half-time records. Showcasing once again why Townes isn’t your ordinary disc jockey.

KARA KAISER.
"My paintings and drawings isolate moments of peak suspense within cine-
matic and animated narratives—the charged seconds immediately before,
or after, impact, explosion, or climax. Tension has been built but resolution
remains uncertain.
By appropriating imagery from film and cartoons, I play with collective media
literacy while disrupting linear storytelling. The familiar becomes estranged
when divorced from narrative continuity, creating spaces where viewers are
encouraged to project their own interpretations onto fractured sequences.
This practice questions the authority of prescripted meaning, asserting the
primacy of individual reading over intended conclusion.
Through traditional mark-making, I translate digital movement into analog
stillness, establishing a dialectical relationship between medium and mes-
sage. Each work functions as both homage and intervention—acknowled-
ging the cultural power of mass media while claiming interpretive agency
and the fertile uncertainty of the unresolved"

QWQWQWQWA / KVISHA.
"I’ve put together a two-hour mix made up of music that has shaped me as an artist and once gave me a powerful creative push. It starts with broken beats and early IDM — that’s the era where my journey into electronic music began, with sounds from labels like Skam, Warp. Alongside that, there’s hip-hop blended with illbient in the style of DJ Spooky or DJ Krush. All of this shaped my love for slightly dark and strange sonics, but always with rich sound design and a beautiful urban atmosphere.

When I was 16-17 I started going out to clubs, and I was always drawn to tracks with subtle groove, micro-details, metallic or dreamy and lush sounds — all stripped down to the bare essentials. Back then, I didn’t even know it was called minimal and dub techno.

In short, the first half of the mix represents what eventually became qwqwqwqwa, and the second half — kvisha."
