This one's been a long time coming and boy are we hyped to see it finally come to life. Melbourne's very own son Rudolf C steps up with his highly anticipated debut EP. 

From the jagged electro tinged 'Seattle City Light', through the drifting hazy levels of 'Blacked' and 'Pisces' to the kicked back paradise of 'Untitled Monday', Rudolf serves up a masterclass in blissed out backyard house. Undulating Juno soundscapes and warbling 303s merge seamlessly with roughed up rhythms punched through the MPC. 

This one's for the heads on the dusty trail, the midnight drive, and the pacific swells. Those in the back seat with the window down and the feet up...

The mysterious, internet-bother 70's Network finally sees the light of wax. Five killer raw af house cuts mixed to the nines and scorched to eleven. Crunchy, swung vibes for the Youtube channel rippers and underground misfits. Instagram fashion & Tumblr social movements all rolled into one. U kno the way. 

Rememba Me is the Lobster fave here. Huge vox on the OG and a heavier imbued groove on the Dub Rework. Get this thrown down in the dance! Daze Of My Youth is hissing, lucid deep goodness. West Coast synths riding throughout the 2nd half, real haze and good times. 

Sick Boïz came about around the time of early Baltra & Seinfeld and mines a similar sound palette, pulling ghostly swirling synths out of the mist and coiling them around warm, fuzzing valve drums & bass-lines. 

Lastly, Exotic Situation is the heavy dreamers cut. Slow-strobe drop in the rave, love on the floor, the end of days. The kind of goosebumps only early 20's club melancholy can supply. Live your life.

Dutch producer POLEJAM kicks off 2019 with his debut EP on Boston, Massachusetts label, hadtodoit records. This vinyl-only label with previous releases from Lo-Fi house staples, Slim Hustla & DOS, continues their hazy & nostalgia inducing sound with their third release from POLEJAM.  Lead track, ‘Regular’, warms you up with a steady 4 to the floor beat, melodic synth loop and hypnotizing vocal sample, giving it a crisp and groovy feel. The third track ‘LES’ has a 90’s sitcom theme song vibe. As you reminisce about the 90’s with its emotional piano & guitar riff loop, POLEJAM shows off his sense of rhythm with an afro percussion breakdown towards the end of the track. Feature track, ‘Back When’ takes you back to simpler times of getting faded and skateboarding with your friends till the late night hours. The pulsating synth loop and punchy bassline give you a sense of time travel. Accompanied by various synth percussions ‘Back When’ has a nice groove helping you navigate through your flashback to those simple and great times.

Slated for an early February release through Lobster Distribution. Pre-order available, January 18th via Bandcamp and various online record stores.
