Ok look, I was planning on remixing this but then I realized, oh wait! All the midis aside from a select few (Looking at you DanlyDaMusiciant) were either mp3 to midi, or it was super offkey and did not follow the song at all. I often transcribe things because of this reason. But I was feeling particularly lazy earlier that day. 
Now I decided to take it upon myself to transcribe this. Like the idiot I was. I thought it wouldn't take much time. 5 whole hours later, I'm finished.

But if you use the midi without permission, I will assure you. I will come after you. I put too much effort into this for it to be stolen like many midis. 

This is completely accurate to the original as I took my ears and listened to the thing probably 200 times within those 5 hours.

Also about the thumbnail, there was this one video who poked fun at sonic.exe's design in the leak, saying he was taking a dump on a toilet.
