Somewhere on a quiet Greek island, in a house filled with memories, Boatman wrote Nina’s Childhood. It wasn’t planned, just something the place pulled out of him. Kids laughing, waves rolling in—it had the bones of something real. Moodfamily heard it and knew it had to be heard.

Space Love Transit isn’t just an EP, it’s a passage. A soundscape of change, of leaving and arriving, of finding something or losing it all over again. Boatman, who’s played everywhere from Tomorrowland to Garbicz to underground hideouts, doesn’t make music for categories. He makes it for people who feel.

Der Klient is a DJ from Rostock with a deep passion for vinyl and a warm, analog sound. Moving seamlessly between dub, deep, and house, he crafts sets with a refined sense for atmosphere and groove – far removed from digital trends. He is best known for his long-running and highly regarded podcast Deep Afterhour, which has become a staple in the scene with nearly 400 episodes, offering a platform for profound, soulful music.

In conversation with host Andre Kronert, Der Klient comes across as a thoughtful artist with a deep-rooted love for vinyl culture – shaped by the electronic influences of the '90s. From his first gig at Interclub to his return to analog equipment and his dedicated vinyl collecting: Der Klient embodies a slowed-down, conscious approach to music.
