Fan The Fire was a 3 piece Punk/Metal band from Calgary, Alberta Canada in the mid 2000's.  It consisted of Steve Jevne on Vocals & Guitar, Mikey Bastard on Bass Guitar and Backing Vocals, Ryan Tremlay on Drums.  The band was only alive from 2004-2005 and did a few reunion shows in 2007.  Jeremy Straker joined the band in it's later days on Bass Guitar and Backing Vocals.  Fan The Fire... RIP..

David Bradford is a powerful acoustic singer/songwriter from Calgary, Alberta. Originally from the U.S., David connected with words and music at an early age, as a means to channel his struggle with abandonment and his fiercely religious upbringing. The result is a sincere, empathic storyteller. After his move to Calgary in ’06, David began playing upwards of 90 plus show’s a year, cutting his teeth playing clubs, restaurants and bars. 
In 2016, David enlisted Juno Award Winning producer Russell Broom, to produce David’s first EP “Cry in Your Sleep”, recorded in Calgary at Broom Closet Studios. This was David’s first real taste of studio recording, and a formidable time in his development as an songwriter and artist. In 2018 David recorded a Country EP titled "It's Okay." 
David Bradford is among Canada’s most proficient unsigned songwriters. With over 500 songs to credit, he is a “song a day” writer, with seemingly endless ideas for catchy riffs, melodies and profound lyrics. He has worked with Emmy award winning producer Jamie Houston from Nashville and cowritten the song "Make it to the Diamond."  A song that has been selected for Spotify's "Down Home Country" playlist. A playlist that spotlight's new and popular Country songs.

Steve Jevne is a high energy country/rock singer/songwriter based out of Calgary, Alberta. Born and raised in Vancouver, Steve wasn’t properly introduced to country music until he moved to Alberta as a kid. Steve, a multi-instrumentalist who plays guitar, piano and drums as well as vocals, cites his early musical influences from guitar gods like Eric Clapton, Steve Miller and Slash from Guns n’ Roses, though it would ultimately be his song writing, cadence and singing style that would really separate him from the herd. 

Steve was a founding member, main songwriter, manager and performer in the recently defunct country music duo ‘As High As We Go’, who had released multiple singles over 4 years and performed extensively as both a duo and full band. They were even nominated for ‘Group or Duo of the Year’ at the 11th annual Country Music Alberta Awards. 

Now, a “solo artist”, Steve can also provide the option of performing as duo with a fiddle player, trio, and even with his talented, ever-rotating ‘Band of Misfits’. Steve has performed at all the classic Calgary venues with multiple performances at the Calgary Stampede, King Eddy, Ranchman’s, Ironwood and even Lilac Festival. Steve also has a west coast tour under his belt after spending the spring of 2023 touring around the west coast of Canada playing 28 shows in 24 cities. 

Though Steve has only one single released under his name as a solo artist, he spent the fall of 2023 writing and recording a slew of hard hitting guitar driven, anthemic songs like the attached new track ‘Mr. Bartender’, which is scheduled for release on February 29th 2024. Steve is also on the list of contenders for ‘Musician of the Year’ at this year’s Country Music Alberta Awards.

With plans of another Western Canadian tour this spring and multiple releases scheduled throughout the year, Steve plans on hitting the road full-tilt in 2024 booking shows in places he’s never played in before and bringing his high energy live show to a city or town near you!
