The neural interface of the merged scientists who betrayed humanity and Earth along with them. Eternally overseeing the shreds of humanity still remaining under its insane rule. Due to the understimation of their own flawed nature and hubris, eventually they corrupted the designs they had created to benefit humanity. The still living tissue is part of a construct atop a great metal spire somewhere in the ruins of Europe.
