“I live in the best suburb in the United States,” isn’t exactly the quote you’re expecting when talking to singer songwriter Jared Heath about his background. However, the Oklahoma native is not only proud of the statistic but also a little shocked himself. “Apparently Edmond (Oklahoma) is where it’s at,” he rants. Jared’s mellow and laidback personality directly mirrors his alternative rock, pop-punk style and beautiful melodies that intertwine throughout his songs.

Originally learning to play classical guitar and quickly expanding to acoustic and electric, Jared admits it’s on the piano where he has to write. “The guitar has always been a beautiful instrument to me ...but the piano just makes writing easier, I can’t really explain it.” Jared’s musical influence comes from bands such as City And Colour and Mayday Parade. The latter in which he claims, “I feel like I’ve been listening to them my whole life!”

Jared strives to write songs that connect with people in whatever state they’re in. “ If you’re down …or ever feeling like what we have on this earth isn’t enough, you don’t go listen to upbeat poppy songs…people like to know that they're not alone , that someone else has felt that feeling and someone else has been in that place..” With a constant desire to relate to people who are broken Jared’s songs strives to introduce listeners to hope and beauty in music.

Currently recording and producing an EP scheduled to release in the summer of 2013, Jared bounces around the idea of becoming a touring and recording artist after he graduates from John Brown University in May. “I enjoy relating to people on a personal level, and I don’t know if I could do music without getting to see people face to face …that's what makes it real, and I enjoy that.”

Marry Me In Vegas was formed in July 2010 by Sara (Italian alternative model) and Valerio (bass player) after being inspired by their passion for current metal-core and melodic hardcore and they officially started to make waves on the Italian hardcore scene in December 2010 with one special ingredient: a sick female screamer!

2011 started with the first recorded tracks which gained MMIV a new, rabid fanbase, attracted by Sara's fury on the heavy growls and the harmony in her cleans. They giged and toured throughout Italy in 2011 and were added to major shows such as the Rampage Fest line-up in Hungary with Claps For Caroline and as support for Texas In July in October.

After 6 months of hard and meticulous work, MMIV entered Fusix Studio and found their style with a stronger sound characterized by metal industry insiders, a mix of melodic metal-core and post-hardcore driven by MMIV's major influences like Parkway Drive, Caliban, and Architects.  The success of the album was lead by the first single “Tortuga”  with a curious and amazing video.

Marry Me In Vegas’ debut album ‘Hey Cap, We've Got a Situation’, recorded, mixed, and mastered by producer Andrea Fusini (Ms White, Upon this Dawning, Ready Set Fall), was self released on October 23, 2012 and contain 8 tracks all about the sea, theatre of many metaphorical stories (pirates, waves, sirens, zombies).

MMIV had constant tour schedule in 2013 throughout Italy and in March 2013 they was on tour in Russia and Ukraine, which took them to share the stage with Caliban in Kiev. 
Meanwhile came out the new video “Mayday” that was a real revelation in music alternative scene.
 
In June 2013 Sara took the stage of the Flame Fest (Milan) with Caliban to sing “We are the many” with them; she appears in their DVD out with the last album “Ghost Empire” (2014). 

The band has actually a new line-up and is working on the new album and an upcoming European tour.
