Back in 2012, (A bit before starting Undertale) Toby Fox worked on an album called "I Miss You - EarthBound 2012," which was basically a love letter to Earthbound. So, This is the song that most people now associate with either Gaster, Disbelief Papyrus, Or Chara. Hence the icon. So I tried to incorporate mainly Chara and Papyrus while making this, Sorry Gaster.
