Yichun Teng, as known as Robin, is a trombonist from Taiwan. In 2013,  He graduated from Berklee College of Music with Jazz Composition Diploma.

He was a Berklee student and taking dual major in performance and jazz composition. Jazz, Latin, Funk, and Classical music are his favorite genres. He studied trombone technique with John Faieta ,Phil Wilson, Tom Plsek and Jeff Galindo, then jazz composition with Bob Pilkington, Ayn Inserto, Scott Free, Phil Wilson, Dick Lowell and Greg Hopkins.

He is good for playing in big band, funk band, jazz band, ska band, etc. He is trying to be an big band leader in Taiwan and doing his own composition, as well as arranging.

Educating people to understand and enjoy music is also his target. After his college life, He goes back to Taiwan and do anything he can do in jazz area. To build an jazz school in his hometown might be a plan in his future career.
