i trace your face with trembling thumbs, pretending you’re not miles away, our laughter lives in those pixels still, soft echoes wrapped in faded memories, i whisper (i miss you) to the screen, as if the glass could answer too. i count the days in photographs until your arms are real again ; 

until memory becomes the moment, and distance folds to nothing then.

i stare at our pictures when i miss u, i watch our videos when i miss ur voice
